Revitalising a brand to help engage with clients

Client: B3sixty

B3sixty approached Bulletin to revitalise their existing brand and website to help focus on their services and engage with their client base.

We worked with B3sixty to better understand their business, process and ethos and how best to translate these into their brand. Describing themselves as “thoughtful practitioners” and specialising in independent workplace investigations, dispute resolution, training and support their strength lies in working to support clients by viewing situations from all angles.

We represented this in the logo by drawing two elements combining equally within a circle.

We were then able to work on re-designing and rebuilding the website, making it more engaging and inclusive with improved navigation and accessibility. For the first time the site was also responsive and could be viewed more easily on mobiles and devices.

Introducing specially commissioned illustration emphasised the human side of the work that they do, welcoming visitors to the website.

Bringing core services and resources to the fore encouraged users to engage with B3sixty. To encourage engagement with the website a round up of news stories from the website are shared in a monthly e-newsletter. Our developers were also careful to ensure the transition from the old site to the new went smoothly so that previous information on old pages could be easily found.
